The short version: CrosshairGG is a crosshair app and optimize tool, all sales are final, and you're responsible for how you use it. The full version is below.

01 What CrosshairGG is
CrosshairGG is a desktop crosshair overlay app and optimize tool for Windows. It draws a custom crosshair on top of your games and includes tools to help your system run better. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.
02 Payments and refunds
Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks the paid features for life. All payments are final. We do not do refunds. Please make sure CrosshairGG is right for you before you buy. The free version exists so you can try it first.
If a charge genuinely failed or you were double charged, reach out and we'll sort it out. That's different from a refund request.
03 Bans and anti-cheat
CrosshairGG is not a cheat. It doesn't inject into games, read memory, or modify any game files, and it's undetected by design. Because of that, you shouldn't be banned for using it.
That said, we are not responsible if you get banned. Every game and anti-cheat has its own rules, and those rules can change, so it's on you to follow the rules of whatever you play.
04 The optimize tool and your PC
The optimize tool lets you apply tweaks to your system. These are powerful, and you should pay attention to what you're doing.
We are not responsible if you damage your PC by applying the wrong tweaks or not paying attention. Read each option before you apply it. If you're not sure what something does, don't apply it, or ask in the Discord first.
05 Acceptable use
Don't resell, repackage, or redistribute CrosshairGG as your own. Don't try to crack the Premium unlock or share paid accounts. Doing any of that can get your access revoked without a refund.
06 Changes to these terms
These terms can change as CrosshairGG grows. When they do, the updated date at the top changes too. Keep using the app and you accept the current version.
